Jonathan Bowring is the founder of Riversight. He’s passionate about the value that effective, grounded leadership brings. His style is reflective, collaborative and straightforward, which is why he’s sometimes called on when things get difficult.As a coach and facilitator, Jonathan draws on his 25-year career in the technology and language industries with HP and Canon. He’s a seasoned site and operations manager, having run a £15M P&L, with broad experience of outsourcing, offshoring, hiring, relocation and restructuring.Jonathan was trained by Canon as a mentor, coach and facilitator and gained a distinction in executive coaching at Henley Business School. He’s skilled at working one-to-one and is a natural group facilitator. He regularly presents to large audiences, including conferences.Through voluntary work Jonathan has worked with a wide variety of people, such as youth, the traveller community, and vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals.Jonathan is deeply curious, with wide interests in science, arts and humanities. He enjoys international culture and language, getting out on the hills, swimming, biking and playing sax in a band.
